Non-Delivery Policy

If you do not receive your parcel for any reason, we will cover all costs of re-shipping it to you. If you still do not receive your parcel, you can choose to receive a full refund.

Shipping Details

  • Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing correct delivery address details. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate to avoid any delays.
  • Import Taxes: We mark all parcels as low value "gifts" to avoid import taxes.
  • Warehouse: All our products are shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse.
  • Tracking Information: We will provide you with a tracking number via email. Please note that it may take up to five days for your tracking information to appear on the shipping company's website.
  • Customs Delays: In some countries, parcels may experience delays when clearing customs.

Shipping Costs

The cost of free shipping and paid fast shipping to each country is calculated at checkout based on different global shipping zones.

Processing and Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 6-8 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days.

Depending on order volume, some items may take longer to process. During particularly busy periods, the time frame may increase.

We're sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not 100% happy with the items you received, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

    Contact Customer Service through our website within 30 days of receiving your items. Provide details about the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. After receiving return instructions, package the item(s) with the original packing.

  2. Ship the Return:

    Drop off your package at the local post office.

  3. Processing Time:

    Returns are typically processed within 7-14 business days of receipt. A refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.

For all returns, please send an email and submit a return request form to Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order.

If we shipped you the wrong item: You have the option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item, or 2) returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back.

If we shipped you an item in the wrong color: You are eligible for a full refund. (Perceived color difference due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.).

If we shipped you a defective item: You are eligible for a refund or exchange depending on the item category.

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase: You may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item involved.

Return Address

Contact Customer Service for the nearest return address. Please do not use the address on your package as it is not our return address and may delay processing.

  • Provide Details:

    Include your original order number, the reason for the exchange, the style name, number, and color of the replacement, and your shipping address and phone number.
